unfreezing habits

Habits are useful - until they’re not.

They reduce the brain processing power needed to navigate daily life. Until they limit us in behaviour that’s stuck in the past: past experiences, past emotions, past people.

“It’s always been this way” is a strong indicator that somewhere along the line, something may have frozen.

Question: how do your habits support you in your will to change and in achieving what you want?

It’s entirely possible that frozen behaviour / habits need a crank or two to unstick - and some creaking and cracking might just be going on. And yes, that might bee uncomfortable short term.

Don’t worry - we’ll be fine!
