rest
Let’s not forget to rest and recharge while on our change journey. Change has the potential to be a bit stressful at times.
Resting does not imply going back to the past nor reverting to old habits. Rather, it’s enjoying and savouring what is already done, breathing it in, stopping at a rest point or a plateau.
Case in point: on a long drive across France, a visit to the Park of Chateau Fontainebleau was in order before hitting the road again. A good night’s sleep at nearly place and a couple of hours exploring the calm and misty moring.
I’m sure we can come up with stopping and resting points for your journey, too.
